We prioritize safety, so if our captain assesses the weather as unsafe, we offer an alternative date or a complete refund. Our team closely monitors meteorological conditions and will get in touch 24 hours ahead of your booking if the forecast is concerning.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. While we can provide excellent tailored catering services with a variety of menus, for safety, we strictly prohibit glass containers on board.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelling your trip 72 hours beforehand entitles you to a total refund. Cancel within 24 to 72 hours, and you may claim a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded unless due to us cancelling for weather-related reasons or mechanical failures.
